How Intozi's RLVD System Work?
- The primary camera maintains continuous surveillance on the red traffic light, even after it changes.
- In the event of a red-light violation, the main camera captures the entire incident, while an additional camera records the licence plate of the offending vehicle.
- Employing Optical Character Recognition (OCR), we extract information from the license plate to identify the violator.
- Our system seamlessly integrates with the Vahan database, facilitating the automatic generation of an E-challan—an electronic citation.
- Notifications are promptly sent via email or SMS to the owners of the vehicles that have violated the rule, following a thorough review of photographic and video evidence at our advanced Command Centre.
